2 Killed, 3 Others Injured In CT Crash

Two people were killed in a Connecticut crash that injured three others.

It occurred in Hartford at 10:15 a.m. on Monday, July 29, at Main Street and Florence Street.

According to Lt. Aaron Boisvert of the Hartford Police, a white Mercedes traveling south on Main Street struck a Toyota Corolla, turning onto Florence from Main.

A man driving the Corolla and a female passenger were both killed, Boisvert said. Three men in the Mercedes suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

The names of those killed have not been released pending family notification.
